A Winter art reception will be held at Landis Homes on February 7 featuring the works of local artist Crystal Dull.  The exhibit will consist of both abstract and representational art.  She works on paper and canvas in watercolor, acrylic & mixed media.  This show will include the change of seasons, flowers, abstracts, and landscapes.

Crystal (Shenk) Dull was born in Lancaster PA, and now resides in Lititz with her husband and children.  She received a B.A. in Art at Millersville University.  She currently illustrates for private and corporate clients and her work can be found in several local galleries. 

She teaches weekly art classes at her studio and other locations to students age six years through adult in drawing and watercolor.  She teaches beginners as well as advanced students.  She exhibits at local galleries, outdoor art shows and businesses.  Her work has been accepted into many juried art shows. The opening reception, to which the public is welcome, will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7, in the Harvest View lobby and galleries at Landis Homes, 1001 East Oregon Road, Lititz.  In case of inclement weather a snow date is set for February 9.  The exhibit will continue to be on display through April 2012.  For more information, visit www.landishomes.org or call 717-381-3550.
